Free trial notice letter arrived weeks late after vehicle purchase

I purchased a vehicle in the middle of October received a free trial on siriusxm. The letter dated Nov. 18 2011 the envelope is post dated Dec 9. But I received letter around the 13th or 14th in Dec. On 12 292011 I called the sirius company. My free trial date started on Nov. 4. But will end Feb 4th. The representative said the mail takes a month to get to you... Now that sucks
