No Show

Called a plumber, SOS Plumbing LIC# 718735, and asked for emergency service on my sewer line. My appointment was at 2pm on Dec 26. So after 2:30pm i called and then he gave me another appt. At 3-3:30pm. Still no show or call to apologize. Finally at 4pm i called but he stopped answering my calls. The next day i called at 8am so he said he will send someone at 9:30am. As usual no show. Very frustrated because i couldn't use the bathroom for almost two days. I have three kids and my two elderly parents. Please let people know that this company is unreliable or trustworthy.
