Ripoff Unknowledgeable technicians My plumbing is still backed up

A Bargain Mechanical was sent to me by First American Homebuyers Protection Corporation. On Sunday I discovered that my septic was backing up. I called my previously mentioned home warranty company. On Monday I received a call from A Bargain Mechanical saying they would be calling at a future time to make an appointment. (My plumbing is still backed up.)

On Tuesday a representative from A Bargain Mechanical called and set an appointment for Wednesday sometime between 8 am and 1pm. (My plumbing is still backed up.) On Wednesday closer to the 1 pm time, a technician named Kieth came to my house. He assessed the problem and said my plumbing was backed up. (Wow... I think I already figured that one out!) Kieth asked my wife if we were on sewer or septic. (If this guy is a professional, why doesn't he already know?) My wife didn't know, but after making the determination that it was septic, he said he couldn't fix the problem. (Why?) He couldn't locate a clean out.

Now, I am no plumber, but when I arrived home I looked at my exposed sewer pipes in the garage and there was a clean out. (I checked on the internet to see what a clean out was supposed to look like.)

Anyway, it's Wednesday night and my plumbing is still backed up.
