Ripoff no show kept calling me wrong name on phone when setting appt

They showed up once in the two attempts to get assistance. Both times they called me Dan when my name is Ralph... Close!

Second appointment was a no show. When I called them to find out why they weren't coming, they said I had no appointment on their books.

I got another plumber to come out immediately and was told that Parker & Sons is overpriced and not very reliable.

I refuse to give out the other plumber's name since this was in confidence.

Regardless, I will never use Parker and Sons and will never recommed them to anyone, not even an enemy, which I don't think I have any at this time.

Terry O needs to get more informed as to whom she refers to as quick, dependable and affordable. Tofixit.com sucks.
