I went into my checking account to look at my balance, and I was shock to see that I had 2 overdraft amounts on my account because two checks went through for $99.49 each. The first check was put through on December 5, causing me and overdraft of $39.00, then the second check was put through yesterday, Dec. 20 for another $99.49. I caklled my bank and I was told that I needed to call this company before they could do anything. I called the number they gave me (818) 380-5710) don't waste your time calling that number, nobody ever answers the phone; it is a recording that gives the name of this company Support PMC, giving their hours of operation, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm PST, then it keeps saying all customer service representatives are busy, your call will be answer in the way it was received, then after 5 minutes or so, it says: Please live a detailed message with your name, telephone #, "your order #" and if you don't have it, please leave your checkinjg account # and we will be able to locate your order. A representative will return your call in 24 hours. Thank you for being a member. I had never made any business with this people, I do not know how they got a hold of my account, I have never received even a phone call from them or anything like that. People be aware of these scammers, this people needs to be stop; they are ripping people off big time. This is just ridiculous.
