To purposely over draft my account and contuine to charge me with fee on a daily bases

On 7/6/09 I called the bank and told them not to pay on a ACH debit entry because there was not enough funds to cover the withdraw... The operator told me that the account was still pending and that the bank would have the withdraw return back in my account by wed 7/9/09 because the bank would not pay out leaving my account $300.00 neg.

Well the bank paid it even when I called asking them not too... Then the bank then started to charge me 35.00 a day for the overdraft that they caused... What makes it worst is that i have copies of statements where bank of amreica had not paid out of my account to the same company in the past when it was only going to leave my account neg. Between $100.00 and $200.00... But the one time I call the bank they pay it.

Now 7/15/09.. I'm neg $982.00 and the charges are still being added to my account which makes most of the neg. Balance fees that the bank is charging me. Becuase the bank paid out on that withdraw causing my other checks like my homeowner ins. Check to bounced, my lawncare check to bounced, my pool service check to bounced... And now I have to replace those checks and there fees... If the bank had returned the withdraw I would have only one overdraft fee to pay not six overdraft charges.
