My ID Support.com & I Card Services.com withdrew $31.85 from my checking account without authorization

On December 23, My ID Support.com illegally withdrew $31.85 from my checking account without my authorization. When I called my bank to get a balance on my checking account I discovered that the withdrawal slip was one of their self-made checks with the name of my bank, my bank routing number, account number, name, address, and telephone number. The check was made out to Protection ID Mgmt.

I didn't have a clue who the company was and was mortified that someone could withdraw money from my account so easily and under false pretenses. The bank gave me the telephone number to contact them, but they were closed when I called. The recording said if you were calling to cancel your subscription and inquiring about a refund then to press number 3.

I did, then the recording said to call back during business hours from 9 am to 6 pm or leave a message. I left a heated message telling them that I had no knowledge of who they were, they illegally withdrew money from my account, that I wanted the matter rectified, lastly, that I was going to contact the Attorney General's office. I kept racking my brain trying to find out who this company was.

The only thing I could think of was that I had completed several on line loan applications, a few asked for memberships at the end of the applications. I declined to finish the applications and closed out the websites. I also researched credit cards on line, but I never started filling out the applications. Again, I closed out the websites. After reading consumer complaints, I plan to call my bank again tomorrow the fraudalent activity.
