Our Company has utilized ADT for three years and just because of agreement. I've needed to contact or have now been named by ADT for false alarms and issues with the devices etc... I named to stop support just before 3yr phrase and could be punished and so I didn't stop but was handed the day the agreement could be over that was at the conclusion of July. I named and terminated at end-of Sept and submitted necessary paper-work. I had been advised I'd not discover until 2nd payment period and so I named after I observed the car reduction out-of my bill. Then they proceeded to inform me I owed $200 since I went past 30 of agreement that was never described today I've to pay for $200 more with no protection. Terrible customer support and that I recommend considering another protection program. I'm a small company and that I feel they truly took advantage of me.
