SecureNet Alarm systems takes their customers for all the money they can receive. After five years of service, They automatically renew your contract for an additional 12 months without notifying its customers with a letter or phone call to make sure you are still a satisfied customer and would like to renew their contract.

We received Securenet Alarm Systems service on September 14. Since this date, we have called them regarding false alarms going off on at least 8 occasion and each and every time they come to our place of business, the technicians disconnect the alarm sensors and never return to fix them.

Till this day there are still areas of our building not safely monitored because the sensors are no longer connected. Section B. Sales and Monitoring / Repair Agreement The Company agrees to provide repair services the system. As soon as the Company reasonably can, provide all labor, material, and parts necessary to service the system due to defects and ordinary wear and tear. After 6 loyal years (On our part) of service, we looked for another security company to take over our security issues.

When we found one that agreed to finally fix all the repairs and get our security issues resolved. We contacted SecureNet to Cancel our agreement to find out that after 6 years they signed us up for another 12 month agreement without our approval or contacting us. Now we are stuck with paying for a 12 month contract whether we continue using them or not because of the original contract we signed over six years ago that they disregarded when it came to repairs.
