Computer Slow, Crashing and Falling Apart Within Three Years

I bought my HP in a bundle brand new and it was my first computer three years ago since I had the computer it has been slow and crashes and blue screen and the buttons are coming off and the camera lens fall of and the batteries will not stay in with out tape and now it is broken I have called and asked. About the warranty that HP carries and I could not be helped. I thought that HP was a good brand but now I know that they are not a good brand nor good and custmer services I had wasted my hard earned money now I tell everyone I meet about what HP did to me.
