Hewlett-Packard (HP)
So Disappointed!

We bought an HP all in one at Nebraska Furniture Mart in Kansas Cityin May. We were sold on the HP after the salesman showed us the HP and all that it would do. We thought "this will be great, our grandkids can do their homework and we will have a good reliable computer for ourselves." We even bought all of the spy ware etc. That was recomended. Of course this computer cost way more than we had planned on spending and we had to finance it but we thought "this will be worth it, a good brand name on a good computer." We don't even have it paid for and we've been in touch with HP support, which did nothing and have had to take it in to be worked on, again which basically did nothing. The computer just plain is bad! Please help us by replacing this computer!
