Never got Local Net

I was charged for 2months of internet that i never got 1 day of. Had to write a letter and mail for disconection they say they never received. They were rude on the phone, cancelled before the 2nd month they did not permission to take money out of my account and did any way and will not return the $35.00 for no internet i never received.in plain english Local Net SUCKS and should be closed out!!!
