Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing USA internet

I received charges for a company (this has happened twice now) in the amount of $43.14 (including taxes) for Voice-Mail Set-Up & 1 month's fee.

I already have voice mail through my local phone company. When I called, they stated that this was through the internet, but my son claims to not have clicked on anything (I don't EVER).

They stated they are going to credit my local phone bill.
