They've been pulling $12.95 a month for a year... I've been mostly in hospital for that year, and my goodness, isn't it hard to even get them to cancel pulling money... AND I have no memory of signing up with them, received no internet service, and " Local Net does not provide refunds." I had to fax them a letter telling them to stop, but first had to wait 45 minutes to even get my 'account' number out of them.
Local Net is in the catagory of bed bug of 'internet service providers' and by the way, they don't even offer their 'service' in Denver. The only thing they do is bleed you, leaving pain and confusion. Hateful bunch of 'customer service' people. I filed a FCC complaint, but the amount that they take isn't felony proportions, and of course, they, and my bank, blamed me for not watching my statements closer. I'm elderly, ill, and a perfect target for a corporation that shows that all it is about is bilking people. Scammers.
