Defective

I bought a sofa set was suppose to be a regular sofa but the brought me a sofa bed and it defective. They came to fix it twice and its still setting on the floor. I paid for one thing and got something else. I'm very unhappy with Artvan and won't ever shop there again. I would like to get what I paid for. If I wanted a sofa bed I would have bought one. I hope to here back from someone if Artvan cares about their customers I will hear from them about my situation very concern customer.
