I placed an order for aromatherapy sticks through the opensky.com site. It seemed like a good deal and I had a store credit that I could use as well.
It took more than three weeks for my order to ship, even though the order status showed that the item was in the warehouse.
I emailed customer service three times. The first time, I received a prompt response and was promised that my order would ship that week via upgraded express delivery. More than ten days after that email, my order still had not shipped and I had sent two additional emails with NO response from opensky customer service.
Finally, my order status updated to show that the order had shipped but when I clicked the tracking number link to track my package, it showed that my order had shipped via USPS First Class mail, which is NOT an upgrade NOR express shipping.
When I finally received my order I was disappointed to learn that these exact aromatherapy sticks can be purchased at Whole Foods for less than I spent at opensky and obviously I wouldn't have had to wait a month to receive them.
Needless to say, due to lack of response or action that would have made me happy, I will not be shopping at opensky in the future. It seems as though they take your money, hold it and possibly earn interest on it, then purchase the items from a third party and ship to the customer. Scammy.
