Nala Grace Bows
Has my money and never filled my order! Completely unresponsive!

Never purchase from this site! On Aug 26 I place an order of over $50 in bows. A week later I logged in to see the status of my order and check the average time it takes to receive your order. My order still showed as "On Order" so I checked and saw it could take 2-4 weeks. On Sept 26 my order still showed "On Order" so I emailed Nala Grace. The response was that a courier would be picking up my order that week. A week later my order still showed as "On Order". Finally my status was changed to "Shipped" but it is now October 25 and I have yet to receive my order. I have sent countless emails asking for tracking numbers and a status and have heard ZERO back. I would never purchase from this site again, and I would recommend that any consumer STEER CLEAR of this site. Total ripoff!
