3rd party shelter that can negate manufactuer warranty

OpenSky = a manufacturer shelter for consumer fraud. Beware of purchasing appliances and items with warranty from OpenSky. I tried to post on OpenSky site, but customers cannot leave comments! Specifically, my experience is with the Fagor Induction burner, that has been eye-opening regarding customer service — essentially, the lack thereof. The Fagor burner failed within warranty and with no failure reason, new product or a refund after 3mos of returning the product and the warranty expiring, asked the state attorney general's office to look into this consumer practice. Turns out OpenSky has no customer obligation after their 14-day return policy and am left to manage with manufacturer customer service, who I didn't purchase from. No surprise, they're similarly less than helpful and unproductive also.
