Inquired online, filled out information to see what the charge would be for their monthly fee and no amount was displayed other than the $1, so I canceled. Then I noticed I was being charged $39.95 a Month for that service, for two months. I made several attempts to talk with customer service with no answer. When I finally spoke with someone I was told that they never got the cancellation. B.S.
If you do get a hold of customer service they will try to work with you, so don't give up and don't get scammed!!!
