GE Money / Care Credit
Need help with account - Care credit provide

I have been denied help from Ge money for a care credit credit card. I am 80 years old and live on a fixed income. They will not help me when I call. I talked to Izzy, account manager, Bridgette in customer service and another agent as well. All offered no assistance with taking this $967 interest charge off of my account. I cannot afford to pay for this and the only option will be to go to collections.
