Avoid Care Credit Like the Plague!

If I can prevent even one person from dealing with Care Credit with this review, then I am satisfied.

Care Credit is, without exaggeration, the very worst company I've ever had to deal with.

If you are ONE DAY late on a payment, a 35.00 fee is implemented.

If you want to make a payment over the phone, a 15.00 fee is implemented.

If you want to make an online payment, you had better have your account number. Otherwise, there is NO way to obtain this information. Their customer service reps will not provide this information for you, even after you provide all of the requested confirmation information.

Care Credit's website will not assist you with username/password retrieval, and their auto-generate emails do not provide you with your account information.

I have worked in customer service for 10 years and the way that I was spoken to by Care Credit's customer service boiled my blood. The guy actually yelled at me and said 'Are you done' 'Can I talk now?', then finally hung up on me. All that I was trying to do was obtain my account number so that I could make an online payment.

I could go on forever, but I do not want the stress.

Bottom line, PLEASE do yourself a favor and avoid this company. Please.
