Spa/Sent tech out then won't pay the tech to do the job!

The folks should be out of business if they're not already. I had a spa go out 10 months ago. I called and talked to a CS rep. No one ever called back. A month later I emailed the rep that sold me on the program because I couldn't get anyone on the phone. Two months later a tech that they sent out shows up. He says a lot of damage got done due to them not sending me out sooner! Then when "THEIR TECH" sends them the bill they don't call me, email. I call them and they tell me I didn't winterize it! I don't because I keep it going year round! They call and offer me 300.. Then 500.. That would have fixed it in the beginning but now we're looking at thousands! I still cant get them on the phone, my emails get returned because the address is not there. I should have took my 500 now!!! Now they must be out of business. They told me they woman in the beginning "lost me" in the shuffle and she don't work there. Not my fault, I just want what they promised fixed. I mentioned legal, they said "We'll you spend a lot more money in fees than what we will give you! They should be shut down! I could go on and on!!! You are crazy if you buy in to their system! Crazy!!!
