Failure to honor terms of service

I registered with care.com to advertise my petsitting company. I taken care of advanced account support for that month and inside a week chose to stop my account to get a number of factors. I had been generated genuinely believe that upon canceling I'd have the ability to experience out my month membership until my account ended, that was to become December 18 (3 more months of support!) That Is what it claims for eliminating: “If you stop your membership, you might utilize your subscription before end-of your then-present subscription phrase; your subscription won't be restored after your then-present term expires.” BUT! After I ended my whole account was erased in the place of providing me the remainder of the 3 months due!

I paid to get a month of support but acquired per week. Misleading guidelines, slick conditions! Really annoying.
