Placed an order with this online company for boots, charges placed to my credit card yet, no return e-mail for tracking number or merchandise was recieved, and no merchandise was ever sent. I was told my order was out of stock and offered a replacement, picked a replacement and sent multipe e-mails for tracking or in stock availability of merchandise with NO RESPONSEs!
