Absolutely worst

As many of you I did not do my home work and did not research them..., sad
- placed the order on Apr12th, 4 tires
- recieved the call informing me that tires I chose are not available and not going to be for the next few months...?
(Why WheelsNext advertise the product they don't have???)
- was given an option to "UPGRADE",
- paid extra and asked if they actually have those "better" tires in stock. Was assured that yes.
- asked for tracking #, and did not recieved it...,

- followed up 10 days later on April 23 and was told that tires are on the way..
- asked for tracking #, was told that it will be e-mailed to me...,
- No tracking # again, followed up on Apr 26th..., was told that my tires are on back order..., (so it was lie about them been shipped).
The REP name is: Miguel Hernandes...
- e-mailed/call him to NO AVAILABILITY.
- got a hold of the second REP...
- He was "nice" enough to personally promise me that my tires will be shipped on April 27th and offered $40 discount due to hassle I have.
- I accepted: he promised to e-mail me tracking # on Apr 27th...
- No tracking number, no credit on Apr 28th.
- Tried to follow up via e-mail and phoned a few hours later..., NO AVAILABILITY...
- Pretty pathetic. His Name is Raphael Rubio.

People need to know about this service for sure.

I am trying to get to the sales manager and cancel my order all together.
