Never received merchandise & when contacted w/tracking# received trojan virus crashing my system

I ordered boots from nomorerack.com on 11/28 and was told they would arrive in 2-3 weeks. They never came. I contacted them and received an e-mail with a tracking number. Checked # and it was bogus.

I e-mailed them again explaining the problem. Again, wait 48 hrs. Checked again, bogus number. I contacted them and asked for a refund and to cancel the order. They replied the boots will be delivered by the 21st of Dec. No boots.

After the 6th contact with them, they sent a tracking # that I had to download. I did so and received a website not found. About an hour later my computer crashed and was infected with 313 trojan viruses. I could not even go into safe mode. It cost me 151.00 to fix my computer although I did not put 2 and 2 together until I received another e-mail from them today with a tracking # that I had to download. Same thing happened but I was quick enough to shut down as soon as I realized what had happened.

I was able to save my computer and also found that it was the download from them that did it. Please do not download anything from them.
