At&t sucks

If your phone is not working, do not except at&t will change a new one for your. They will just make a lot of bs excuses not to change it for you, since i am still under f*ing warranty. How can at&t keep their business up, if your phone is not working at all, how can they except you to use their services. (all i know my phone is still uner warranty and i'm not going to pay a penny for a replacement) 4 phone line cancelation is coming up for at&t, go for t-mobile.
