Originally Auto Warranty Broker with their only Client as First Warranty Group. Auto Warranty Broker no longer exists but Dependable Auto Warranty Seervice is the same company with their only client as First Warranty Group. Their website is a scam with false statements.

Submitted a claim that was approved by First Warranty Group 7 January and still have not been paid. The claim was to replace the leaky radiator and a sensor switch. They refuse to pay because I do not have receipts for oil and oil filters I purhcased. They claim that my records are faulty eventhough oil change records indicate customer supplierd oil and filter. I also did one oil change at home.

When I questioned them how does an oil change affect a radiator replacement, they said that we can requet records at anytime and refuse payament if they are incomplete. Stay away from Clyde Tenberg.
