Michael O'Connor came into our apparel store, "Under The Banyan Tree" in Fenwick Island, DE and said he could do a mobile website for us. He did a very good job of selling us so we signed a contract and gave a deposit. After we didn't hear from him for a few days despite emails we called him and he said the site was done and that he would be in on Friday to show us. He came in on Friday to show us an uploaded business card to the web and demanded the rest of the contract balance. We never even talked to him about what we wanted the website to look like. When he started to get verbally aggressive with us, we asked him to leave. I then emailed his company to tell of the experience with no response. A few days later an email arrived stating we would get a refund in 10-15 business days. To date there has been no refund received. Subsequent emails for refund status have been unanswered and voicemails have not been returned. We are convinced this is a scam as there is no address on the contract. There is no address on the web site... And all the emails are public emails such as Yahoo.
