Same issues as everyone else... Unauthorized charges on my cell phone bill. I was billed twice for $19.98 each. T-mobile tried to block it and request refund to no avail. They gave me a phone number for Mobile Plus, which turned out to be their service number "My Mobile Care". Before you call them at 1-855-855-7117, make sure you have your 5-digit short code from your service provider. They will not help you otherwise. When I called My Mobile Care a second time, there was not a ringing tone; just dead air. Mobile Plus is a internet marketing company. You will not find a phone number on their website. Please make sure to notify the Better Business Bureau at www.bbb.org. And submit a complaint. I am in the marketing business and it disgusts me that Mobile Plus, Inc., based out of San Francisco, is doing fraudulent business practices. Doing this makes all marketing companies look bad and untrustworthy.
