Pretty great experience

Wanted to lay laminate flooring and rip out my old carpet. Called empire and they sent a rep in a two hour window that I agreed upon. (9-11) In fact he arrived at 9. Standard sales pitch and company history (nothing i didnt expect). I had done research not only on the product i wanted but on the company itself. Although it is a national company, i cared only about the local experiences. After my salesman worked out a fair price for the job, i requested a specific date for installation. Exactly as the salesman described, i was called in the A.M.By the shop manager and the installer arrived on time. The work was absolutely phenomenal. The installers were absolutely skilled, courteous and cared about the finished product as much as i did. Impressive. Kudos to the entire Empire team in Hampton Roads area. Thank you for makin me feel like i made the right decision by calling Empire Today for this home improvement.
