Thumbs Up - Carpet

My husband and I recently enjoyed our first experience with Empire Today flooring. Scott M, from Empire's Stoughton, MA headquarters, came to our home and walked us through the process of selecting our flooring, and scheduling an install date. We have two young children, and Scott was the picture of patience as we cared for them while scrutinizing flooring samples. He answered all of our questions, and pointed us to products that would best meet our lifestyle.

I have experienced in - home consultations with other companies that were rife with pressure to buy, and buy the most expensive product possible. There was not an inkling of such pressure with Scott. He worked hard to find a price point to meet our budget, adn we found our estimate fair.

Empire will be returning this week to install carpet and laminate floors in our home. If their installation meets the thorough professionalism of their in-home consultations, we will be very happy customers!
