I purchased toshiba satellite c655s s5123 pc sn 3b295674 from this company through walmart.com on or about 7/16 recd. Item on or about 7/19.
I started having problems with it within a month after purchase and have continues to have serious problems witht he screen, mouse and it freezing. I recently mad over 11 calls reagrding the same issues was told told at least 5 times that the problems was escalted to a case mgr. Who would call me & a return label for repairs would be issued that would take 7-10 business days for repairs & return to me. To date after the 12 calls within the past 30 days & earlier calls in july & august of this year i still have not gotten any results. They lied aout the pc specifications, it is not what was advertised and is a defective product. I feel that they are trying to wait until the warranty is expired before they do what is required.
Please advise me of other agencies that i should lodge complaints with about this problem.
