Worst customer service and product issues that are not being resolved

I purchased a deck with an arbor to cover a hot tub I purchased with Paradise Decks and Spas. Since the hot tun was installed back in June I have has problems with the new hot tub.
I was informed that it would be under warranty if there were any issues. I had leaks around the base of the hot tub. I now have panels on the outside of the hot tub that has not been taken care since I reported this to Paradise Decks and spas back in Oct.
I have made numerous calls to this company, sent them pictures of the defective panels through emails, and they have sent 2 sales reps to my home to assess the problem but no one has fixed this. They will not call you to let you know what the status is on the repairs. They do not honor the warranty on their product leaving you to think what else can I do to make this situation right.
Their customer service is the worst I have dealt with. They are ready to make the sale but they do not make you feel valued as a customer.
