I purchased the Toshiba Thrive 16GB Tablet Jul from a military exchange with a limited return policy. Over the three months I have owned the device it has been sent to the repair depot twice for problems; GPS not functioning, computer locking up. Now the latest issue, the battery not holding a charge. To fix the product under warranty Toshiba demanded a hefty $190.00 deposit to send out a battery. This is a significant burden given I only use a debit card. This product is junk, I cannot return it.in the 90 days of ownership I have had 30 days of use. The manufacture offers a forum which is riddled with problems from owners that the company does not admit are problems because "these are just observation from owners and not our technicians." I cannot recommend this product to anyone.
