Horrible Customer service

My son went into the Southern Highlands store to pick up a part that had been back ordered. We had purchased a lot of items from this store. My son tells them the name and what he was there for, he had been in several times, the part was paid for, the guy gets the part, my son says thank you, and goes out the front door. Here comes the doorknob clerk, grabs the part out of my sons hand and says you need to pay for this. My son follows him into the store and tells Tom, my parents did pay for it already, they had our name and clearly could see on our account that it was back ordered and paid for. Needless to say he never came home with the part, I went back this am to get it, and the manager was telling me "we don't do business that way" well yes you do Leslie's. And I am canceling our $1000 pump that was going to be put in this coming friday!
