Worst service ever!

I called Leslie's service dept. Because my pump would not prime. When the tech arrived he tried to troubleshoot it and ended up back flushing the DE all over my yard. When the pump would still not prime he tore apart the pump housing to find the Impeller and defuser damaged. He replaced the impeller with a used part and informed me he had to order the port and my pool would be down for another 4 days. When I asked if I could drive to another store in town he informed me there were none available. After charging be a $150 (including a $85 service charge and a $20 trip charge) for tearing my pump apart and replacing it with a used part he left in un assembled. I was able to FIND THE PART at my local store. After I purchased the part I called customer service to get the tech back out and was informed I needed to schedule another service call (another $105) when I asked to speak to the service manager I heard some chatting in the background and was sent to voice mail. Long story is I ended up finish the job myself and the pool is running great again. I WILL NEVER USE LESLIE'S SERVICE AGAIN!!! My advise to anyone considering to use them DONT!!! Find a local contractor!!
