Rude Disrespectful Cashie

I wish to enter a strong complaint about employee Allysa W. Waiting in line at the cafeteria the other day, the older cashier was overwhelmed by a long line of multiple breakfast orders. Allysa W. Stood behind a 2nd register ignoring this busy situation, while i was in back of a line with 6 - 8 people. After several minutes a young person joined the line behind me. Allysa W. Told them "I can help you over here!" What about all the customers ahead of that new person? We had endured a highly uncomfortable wait. My wife & I left to get breakfast elsewhere and will not use Hy-Vee again until your training & supervision improve.
