Signed a contract for 10 windows for a total sum of $7615.00, but did not pay until Saturday, 9/17 when Mark Altare came to the house to pick up a check for $3807.50 to order windows, $3046 was sue when work began and $761.50 due on completion. Windows were to be delivered in four to six weeks. On November 4, we received a letter in the mail stating that Window Solutions Tampa Bay, Inc. Was out of business and to contact the main office in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Talked to Nichole and she informed me that she would leave a note and gave me cell phone numbers in Tarpon to call - no response.
