Wicked harrassment and fraud attempt!

I have had 35 calls Sat. 11/5 from this guy who finally admitted to me once and only once that he was from USA Benefits in Phoenix AZ. Yet he said he was calling from India. He had my debit card info and actually read them to me.
He would not tell me any info when asked about where he was, an address, phone number etc. He wanted the 4 digit number on the back and told me if I didn't verify that number my account would be billed $49.95.
I called my bank and canceled my debit card Saturday. Sunday was quiet, but today 11/7 he called 19 times. I put his number in my cell as no ring tone because I can't or don't know how to block it. I also called the Attorney Generals Office with no luck and my bank again.
To my extreme happiness they didn't get a cent and my new card is in the mail. Thank you and be cautious of these fraudulent s.O.B.'s.
