Upon moving my studio/office to South Denver near Denver University, my broadband service become extremely poor. Most times I am unable to open my own website the service is so slow. I called to see if the service could be improved or I could cancel the broadband. The started a ticket and assured me it would be resolved in 72 hrs. After no call, I called back, was promised resolution and a call which I never received. It is going on three weeks with no return calls and no resolution. I was just informed it may take another two weeks. I am not allowed to cancel the contract. They will not resolve the problem and continue to bill me for a service they cannot provide.
