I paid a deposit on a diamond at the Cash America Pawn located in Apopka Florida. Soon after I travelled international on business and on my return was informed that I have forfeited the so called "lay away". There would be a fee involved and I understand that perfectly. What I do not understand is that I paid the deposit in cash and now the store refuses to give me a cash refund. I am told that they could only give me a store credit??? BE VERY CAREFUL OF CASH AMERICA PAWN!!! They are scammers!!! Do not hand over cash, you will never see it again.!!!
