Apple Discrimination Policy

My iphone 4 stopped working 3 times in the last 2 weeks last friday i was on the phone with Apple support for almost 4 hours they were trying to fix to prevent to change the phone again (i changed already 2 in 4 months) but last night stopped again with a case # they send me to Freehold Mall store for an exchange (third phone).

Mr. Barsh suppose to help me i show him a copy of the e mail for the replacement he said he wanted to know all about the phone. I told him read the case # you have all there but he start saying to me, don't attack me, I said im not doing anything just read the notes he got upset in front of all customers told me, i refuse to help you call someone else. That's discrimination, maybe he didn't like my name or so and found excuses to dump me thats great. I ask for the mgr and the person that wrote me up came over and said he was the mgr. (i dont thing mgr wears a read vest and writes people up at entrance (impersonator maybe) not even a sorry from the so call mgr. They gave me a phone Refurbished. I went home i had another problem i was on the phone again with customer service over 1 1/2 hour now they have to replace the phone again (phone # 4) this is a short story but far to be over! Stay away from Freehold Mall Store!
