I purchased a Blackberry phone from MetroPCS for $150.00 due to the fact that the sales person that goes by the name of MJ told me that the phone he sold me ran ipod applications and that my account would be charged $10.00 Extra Dollars a month, Now I just got charged $110.00 and my account went up not by $10.00 but $20.00 more a month and to put the frosting on the cake the phone does not work with ipod apps at all, I went back to resolve the issue and he said he could not help me no refuned or exchange at all and no receipt as well. I also asked him to exchage my phone for one that would keep my account at the same price as before he said NO.
