I purchased an 8GB IPOD TOUCH from one of your stores on February 9, along with a 2 yr. Warranty. I took it back to the store on April 4, because it was not working. I was given an estimated return date of April 21. Around May 1, I still had not heard anything from the store about my IPOD so I called them. I was told to come to the store and I could receive a replacement IPOD because my other could not be repaired. When I arrived at the store, a lady informed me that I could not receive my new IPOD at that time because the RA # had not been put through for me. She had me call this number to speak with a customer service representative to ask why the number had not been put through. I was then told on phone the that the store had to put the RA # through. The lady then called because she said that was incorrect. She told me I would receive a phone call when I could come pick up my IPOD. I didn't receive a call until Sunday, May 10. Not only did it take over a month for this order to be resolved, but I also lost all the applications that had been purchased on my IPOD. It is absolutely rediculous that I had to go through this.
