I purchased a HP wireless printer on 28th November. The printer does not work. I have taken it back to Comet where it was purchased and was told that as it was over 30 days old i would have to contact HP direct.

On the 16th May i contacted HP and after being put on hold for 52 minutes and speaking to a technical advisor for approx 25 minutes, i was asked if I would mind them ringing me back the next morning at 10am as he wanted to look into the problem further. I agreed that this was acceptable.

I received no phone call that day and still on the 27th May have heard nothing from HP.
The printer is 6 months old will not work either wirelessly or via a USB connection and un able to get in touch with HP.
I am extremely dissapointed at both the product and the service provided from HP.
