I purchased a Hewlett Packard (HP) printer on the internet. The printer did not work. After spending over 90 minutes on the phone with HP I was informed that they would send me a label to return the printer and would send another printer. I informed HP that I did not want a replacement, that I was discontent with the printer and wanted a refund, I was informed that when they received the returned printer they would credit me a refund right away. It has been over six weeks that the printer was mailed to HP and I have not received a refund credit. I spent over two hours again on my cell phone with HP to get a manager to agree to credit me the refund which he said would occur in a day or two. It has been over a week and it has not happened. All the staff members that I spoke with on the phne were from India or Costa Rica and had accents and their English was hard to understand. 800 number calls on a cell phone are billed as regular calls, so all the time I spent on the phone with HP is costing me over $30.
