After applying online for free trial with $1.99 using my australian daughters creditcard. She was billed on 17 days later. We put her credit card on hold for a 30 day period as we were going out of country. After My daughter spending 20 mins with her bank to put hold on her credit card, some one was able to ring the bank on 29th sept (whilst we were still out of country and spoke for two mins, her card was reactivated, and another $99.95 was charged. I cannot make any contact with this scam company, BUT HOW WRONG IS IT thats banks allow reactivation without any security check. I am still eligible for these debts. The bank will not refer to fraud dpt. Can anyone help me... The bank has given her a new credit card, but these bastards are so clever, who knows how many more transactions will occurr. And I am the dumbarse using my daughters credit card. Sharon.
