I was charged $88.97 for a free trial even before S&H was charged. It took 30 min. To get a hold of a person on the phone

Colomed 700 charged my bank $88.97 without notice. They didn't even charge me for the shipping and handling. I called the toll free number that came with the sample and was on hold for 30 mins. Before I was able to talk to a person. He took my information and asked me to hold and mysteriously got disconnected. Then I had to call back and wait another 30-40 mins. To talk to the same man. I asked for a supervisor and he said he was it. The phone started to break up and I asked for a refund.
He said I have to be patient and it would take 4-6 days before it would get investigated. He said I would have to cancel my account through their email. But you don't know if they get the email since when you're on hold they give you a additional email to the one on the order form to cancel.
I called my bank to see if I could block the company to make sure no other charges could be put on my account. They couldn't block just that one company but could reissue me a new card with a new number so the card number they have will not work if they try to charge me.
