Icm wharehouse i signed up with trial decited i didnt like it paid for trial then they locked up my credit card and put 139.00 on hold and wont release it back to credit card company

I joined icm with a trial version i paid with my credit card the trial was only a few dollars after they accepted i did not like there company i called and cancelled immediatly then they took the liberty to lock up 139.00 dollars on my credit card and have not released it back to bank i have been waiting 18 days to use my credit card and i cant icm claims they released it and are lying to me and my credit cerd bank
